  • Advises on structuring of steam, power, and joint venture agreements supporting geothermal project development in east Africa.
  • Counsels on federal cooperative agreement funding support for emissions control project using advance carbon capture technology.
  • Advises on development of a renewable biogas project involving advanced digester technology.
