Dear Clients and Friends -

We take seriously our responsibility to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, both as a business and as members of the communities where we work and live.  At Van Ness Feldman, we are doing our part by following guidance from the CDC and state and local authorities.  To that end, consistent with guidance about social distancing, we are encouraging our attorneys, public policy professionals, and other employees to work remotely if at all possible.

Continuing to provide timely and seamless services to our clients remains a top priority.  While we expect that many face-to-face meetings will be replaced with conference calls or videoconferences and that travel will be curtailed, we do not expect our temporary shift to remote work to interfere with our ability to work with our clients in a timely and effective manner. 

Our professionals will continue to be available via their usual email and direct dial phone contacts.
