January 4, 2021

We are pleased to announce that our Pipeline Safety Team and our Environment and Public Policy teams have been recognized as Go-To Thought Leaders for 2020 by the National Law Review.

Each year the National Law Review recognizes less than one percent of its authors with Go-To Thought Leadership awards. In 2020, the NLR honored 71 authors or organizations from over 20,000 contributed pieces of thought leadership.

Specifically, the National Law Review recognized Van Ness Feldman’s Environmental Practice and Government Relations and Policy Practice as a Go-To Thought Leader for their analysis of candidates’ environmental platforms, as well as reporting on pertinent legislation and executive orders related to the pandemic.

Van Ness Feldman’s Natural Gas & Oil Pipelines Practice was recognized by the National Law Review as a Go-To Thought Leader for the group’s analysis of environmental legislation and public policy including developments from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration and its Gas Pipeline Advisory Committee and Liquid Pipeline Advisory Committee, the Department of Transportation, OSHA’s process safety management regulatory group and the Pipeline Association for Public Awareness.
