Van Ness Feldman Elects Shannon Angielski Principal of the Firm

WASHINGTON, DC – Van Ness Feldman is pleased to announce that Shannon Angielski has been elected to the membership of the firm as Principal, Governmental Issues effective January 1, 2012. 

Ms. Angielski joined Van Ness Feldman's Government Relations and Public Policy practice in 2001 and works in the firm's Washington, DC office. She provides clients with a wide range of policy advice on energy and environmental issues, with a focus on clean energy solutions for electric power generation and industrial users of coal and fossil fuels.  By engaging Congress and the Administration, Ms. Angielski assists her clients to shape federal policies and regulatory initiatives, design and advocate for federal programs, and secure funding and other partnership opportunities.  Ms. Angielski is Associate Director of the Coal Utilization Research Council and serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Coal Club.
