Shannon Angielski provides clients with a wide range of regulatory and policy advice on energy and environmental issues, with a focus on clean energy solutions for electric power generation and industrial users of coal and fossil fuels.  Through her representations, Ms. Angielski engages Congress, the Administration, state and local agencies, industry, coalitions and trade associations, and non-governmental entities in crafting creative solutions and promoting specific federal policy programs and initiatives on behalf of her clients. 

Ms. Angielski advises clients on energy and environmental technology projects and has substantial experience representing clients in the design and advocacy of federal programs.  She helps clients secure federal funding as well as other types of federal support, advises clients in applying for federal grant and tax funding opportunities, and oversees the negotiation and implementation of funding instruments with federal agencies.

As Associate Director of the Coal Utilization Research Council, Ms. Angielski develops and supports coalition initiatives and designs legislative proposals for clean energy and climate change policies and programs.  Through this representation, Ms. Angielski has significant experience in developing policies to support the development and deployment of carbon capture and storage technologies.
