Bob Szabo testified before the the Senate Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy, and and Consumer Rights, on the recent examination of the Railroad Antitrust Enforcement Act.  Szabo is Executive Director of Consumers United for Rail Equity (CURE), an umbrella organization whose members include large trade associations that represent more than 3,500 electric, utility, chemical, manufacturing and forest and paper companies and their customers.
