Congratulations to our former colleague, Tristan Brown, who has been named Deputy Administrator of the Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). Tristan was an associate with the firm from 2014 to 2016 and subsequently served as Deputy Associate Administrator for Congressional Affairs at EPA and as Legislative Counsel to Senator Gary Peters.
