The U.S. State Department featured Jim Ziglar on its website in an article about his recent visit to Mongolia as part of the Department’s Speaker and Specialist program.  Mr. Ziglar spoke to audiences, including non-governmental organization directors and Mongolian government officials, about global climate change policy.
