On Friday, June 7th, we will be hosting a panel discussion in our Seattle office:  The Future of Pacific Northwest Low Carbon Fuels, co-sponsored with firm client POET LLC and the Environmental Law Institute. Kyle Danish will be joining a panel of experts in discussing the obstacles and opportunities of the legislative and regulatory processes for the use of cleaner fuels with lower carbon intensity. 

Panelists will focus on low carbon fuel standards and alternative fuel standards, opportunities to use low carbon biofuels, the multifaceted challenges associated with the rule-making processes, and share multiple perspectives on the leading obstacles and areas of opportunity for reducing GHG emissions in the transportation sector.
