Remy helps purchasers, sellers, developers, and investors navigate commercial and residential real estate transactions. He guides clients through acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters, helping identify and resolve title, access, and other issues that could delay a transaction or affect a client’s use of the property.

His practice involves comprehensive due diligence, including title, mineral rights, and water rights reviews, as well as resolving title objections, access issues, and related disputes. Remy also has experience with timberland acquisitions and dispositions, navigating the title, access, and related issues that can arise in these transactions. Remy drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential leases, easements and use agreements, declarations, and covenants.

With experience across a range of real estate financing matters, including commercial and multifamily transactions, economic development loans, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit matters, Remy brings insight into the financial considerations that shape real estate transactions from due diligence through closing.

Drawing on his background in commercial and real estate disputes, Remy brings a litigation-informed perspective to his transactional practice, helping him anticipate issues that can arise when contractual obligations, property rights, and business relationships are contested.
