The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting offers and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). The contractor shall furnish 750 million kWh worth of RECs from wind, solar, geothermal and biomass renewable resource facilities and with the option to furnish an additional 250 million kWh worth of RECs from wind, solar, geothermal and biomass renewable resource facilities.
