The purpose of the PPA is to provide power by Photovoltaic (PV) generation systems that are developed, constructed, operated, maintained, owned, and financed by a private entity at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington, D.C.  The anticipated date of RFP issuance is on or about 06 April 2015. Proposal due date will be on or about 21 May 2015.
