New Source Review Reform: Past, Present, and Future

April 10, 2018

American Bar Association

Teleconference,

Under the Clean Air Act’s New Source Review (“NSR”) program, the construction of any new major stationary source and a “major modification” at an existing major facility that results in a “significant net emissions increase” must undergo preconstruction permitting and comply with stringent emission limitations.

Van Ness Feldman's Gwen Keyes Fleming will be moderating the New Source Review Reform: Past, Present, and Future teleconference, sponsored by the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.  Conference participants will analyze EPA's recent memoranda, discuss possible changes to the NSR program, provide key technical elements for project/permitting considerations, and answer questions about making changes through regulatory guidance.

The teleconference takes place on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Eastern.  Click here for more information and to register.
