Keturah Brown Named to National Black Lawyers' 40 Under 40

Van Ness Feldman is pleased to announce that Keturah Brown, Associate in the firm’s Environmental, Litigation & Investigations, and Pipeline & LNG practices, has been named to the National Black Lawyers 40 Under 40 list. Keturah was selected due to her noteworthy accomplishments, leadership and involvement within legal organizations, and impressive reputation among her colleagues. NBL is committed to promoting legal excellence by highlighting attorneys as subject-matter experts and maintaining a strong national network of top African American attorneys.

In her practice, Keturah assists clients in a variety of federal regulatory matters regarding compliance with environmental and energy laws, including the Clean Air Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Natural Gas Act, and U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Her focus includes environmental mobile source internal investigations, environmental litigation and transactional matters, pipeline certification matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and hazardous and chemical transportation.

In addition to this recognition, Keturah has also been named a "Rising Star" by Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless for her exceptional dedication to the pursuit of justice for those facing homelessness in the District of Columbia.
