Following his time in the Senate, Grant was the lead appropriations, energy, and natural resources policy advisor to Congressman Ron Barber (D-AZ) and Legislative Director to Congresswoman Norma Torres (D-CA), where he managed the Congresswoman’s work on the House Natural Resources Committee and worked with the California delegation to advance California’s water and infrastructure priorities.
