Ethan Nocera focuses his practice on environmental litigation. He has experience with a variety of statutes including the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).

While attending the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Ethan studied energy and environmental law and served as an Executive Editor for the Hastings Environmental Law Journal. He also worked as a legal intern at the Energy Futures Initiative in Washington, D.C., where he focused his research on large-scale carbon sequestration. Prior to law school, Ethan worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council in New York City.

Outside of practice, Ethan likes to explore the outdoors by running, cycling, and hiking.
