VNF Partners Susan Olenchuk and Michael Pincus will present at the EBA Energy Law Academy Course 101 on FERC's regulation of natural gas. Susan will teach on pipeline safety regulation and discuss the current rules set forth by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. Michael will teach on Section 7 of the Natural Gas Act and the construction and abandonment of pipelines.
