Van Ness Feldman attorneys advised Deepwater Wind in connection with the development of multiple offshore wind projects off the coasts of New York, Maryland, and New England, and several onshore solar projects. We assisted with obtaining all necessary FERC permits, electrical interconnection arrangements, and transmission solutions.  We also served as regulatory counsel for the project in connection with tax equity and construction financing transactions.  In addition, we provided NEPA and BOEM permitting support to all of Deepwater Wind’s offshore projects that were in development.
