Congratulations to Van Ness Feldman alumni Willie Phillips, who has been unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate  to be a Commissioner of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.  Phillips has served as Chairman of the District of Columbia Public Service Commission since 2018.  We had the pleasure of working with him directly early in his career when he was an associate at Van Ness Feldman.  We are proud of Chairman Phillips’ accomplishments, and we are confident that he will continue to serve the public interest well in his new position.
