Congratulations to Van Ness Feldman alumni Willie Phillips on his nomination to be a Commissioner of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.  Phillips currently serves as Chairman of the District of Columbia Public Service Commission. We had the pleasure of working with him directly early in his career when he was an associate at Van Ness Feldman.    We are proud of Chairman Phillips’ accomplishments, and we are confident that he will serve the public interest well in his new position.
