Caitlin brings nearly 20 years’ experience at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to the firm’s Environmental practice where she represents automobile and vehicle manufacturers in matters before federal and state agencies. Her extensive background with the Clean Air Act (CAA) includes negotiating the largest CAA civil penalty in the agency’s history; managing vehicle and engine imports enforcement under CAA Title II; and overseeing innovative environmental mitigation projects. Caitlin’s experience with, and understanding of, the federal regulatory process provides valuable insight and strengthens the firm’s ability to provide clients with impactful counsel as they navigate high-impact, complex environmental matters and policy challenges.
