Kyle Danish and Stephen Fotis were quoted in Platt's Electric Power Daily on market based GHG standards.  Mr Danish said, "Market-based measures are a 'best system' to reduce emissions for a category of sources," when costs are considered.  In relation to the best available control technology (BACT), Mr. Fotis said, "BACT limits are established on a case-by-case basis for each emissions unit."  Kyle Danish and Stephen Fotis were quoted as part of a Van Ness Feldman Webinar on September 30, 2010.
