In a Megawatt Daily article on carbon dioxide offsets, Van Ness Feldman’s Kyle Danish is quoted on the need for Certified Emissions Reductions in the U.S.  He said, “It is critical for Congress to allow CERs in the U.S. scheme in order to meet the offset demand expected in 2012 and to defray the cost of purchasing allowances.”
