Kyle Danish was quoted in BNA's Daily Environmental Report on the departure of President Obama's top energy and climate adviser Carol Browner.  Mr. Danish said that he doubts the departure suggests "some sort of relaxing of oversight by the White House over the action of the EPA."  He added, "I'm sure that the White House will continue to have a lot to say about the direction of future EPA regulation, since it's attracting so much attention from the Congress."
