Kyle Danish was quoted in an article from BNA Daily on state enforcement of GHG emissions regulation.  In relation to existing regulation Mr. Danish said, "While the EPA guidance is primarily being written to help state regulatory agencies, it's still important to industry because most power plants and other stationary sources expect PSD permitting for greenhouse gas emissions to be very new and very different from existing PSD regulation of traditional pollutants."  In regards to the best available control technology for traditional pollutants, Mr. Danish says that, "There's been a good bit of talk as to whether EPA will allow or encourage states to think more broadly about energy efficiency and other abatement strategies that have not gotten much attention."
