In this week’s ClimateWire, Van Ness Feldman’s Kyle Danish, in his role as attorney for the Coalition for Emission Reduction Projects, discusses carbon offset provisions included in the recently introduced House climate bill.  He said, “there shouldn't be an across-the-board discount on offsets that already have gone through a rigorous set of environmental screens."
