Kyle Danish was referenced in Platts Energy Weekly on the importance of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) developing clear rules should they decide to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from the energy industry.  Furthermore, Mr. Danish said, "We think it is important for EPA to give full consideration and guidance on what basis states can use a market-based approach."
