In a recent Environmental Finance article on the delay of the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) efforts to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from US power plants, Kyle Danish said, "There's certainly ample evidence that it could simply be administrative.  The EPA is very busy, it's working on a whole host of regulations that affect the power sector."  Mr. Danish also weighed in on the concerns that the delay may be political adding, "There's certainly also considerable evidence to say it might be political.  The EPA is under tremendous pressure in the Congress right now."
