Kyle Danish was quoted in Argus Air Daily on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals decision to stay the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.   Mr. Danish says the stay shows that the judges had "some skepticism of the legal merits of this rule," however the decision "does not dictate there will ultimately be a full or partial reversal" of the Cross-State Rule.
