In a CNBC.com article on the US Chamber of Commerce's position on proposed carbon emissions regulations, Van Ness Feldman's Kyle Danish said, “It would be very difficult to challenge based on the science.  Even the Bush administration had built a case showing greenhouse gases were a problem.”
