Julia Wood, Chair of the National Hydropower Association's Ocean, Tidal, and New Technologies Council, comments on the progress of marine hydrokinetic energy projects being developed in the United States.  Ms. Wood states, "a number of folks are testing and creating all sorts of different technologies, but there's not one single technology that's emerged as the clear winner in commercial settings."
