Van Ness Feldman's recent Policy Update entitled, "Policy Outlook 2012: Opportunities and Challenges Facing the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources, and Transportation Sectors," was quoted in Environmental Finance.  The article, focused on environmental policy in 2012, quotes the Update in particular with saying, "Despite probable gridlock on the legislative front, we believe that 2012 will be a critical time for laying the groundwork and setting a course for action in 2013, when we expect to see more activity on shaping and improving our country's energy and environmental policies.  Further, 2012 will be another important year on the regulatory front, both for overseeing existing regulations and developing new ones."
