"As we did in July upon his nomination by President Obama, we again congratulate our former colleague and member Jack Lew on the occasion of the Senate vote confirming him as head of the White House Office of Management and Budget. Jack was a member of Van Ness Feldman from 1988 to 1993, when he left to engage in public service activities, eventually serving as OMB Director in the Clinton Administration.

For over thirty years, we have built our practice on a legacy of public service and leadership on complex public policy matters, and Jack is a proud part of our firm's tradition.  He is a great person, a brilliant lawyer, and a true public servant.  We congratulate him and wish him well in his new role."
