, George Washington University Law School, Lerner Hall, Washington, DC

Join Keith Coyle and Jim Curry, as they both participate in EBA's Energy Enforcers and Defenders Forum taking place from 1:30 pm - 7:00 pm EST at George Washington University School of Law.

This annual event is designed for CFTC, PHMSA, FERC, and NERC staff and private practitioners.  The forum will begin with a negotiating skills session focusing on the resolution of agency enforcement proceedings.  Robin Juni, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, George Washington University Law School, will serve as the facilitator for the session, which will include a series of mock negotiations between counsel for CFTC, FERC, and PHMSA and defense counsel.  Following the skills session, an energy enforcement panel featuring senior officials from CFTC, FERC, PHMSA, and NERC will be held.  CLE credit will be requested for the skills session and panel.  The forum will conclude with a networking cocktail reception.
