Van Ness Feldman represented the YWCA in obtaining permits from the City of Seattle for its Opportunity Place project, including low income housing and the Angeline homeless shelter.  This assistance included helping with historic preservation issues, traffic and parking mitigation conditions, aesthetic and design review issues, coordination with the developer of a joint office project, and negotiation with the City regarding various permitting and environmental mitigation issues.
