VNF Partner Joseph Hainline will be speaking at this year’s Liquid Energy Pipeline Association Conference in Indianapolis on September 25 from 8:30–9:15 a.m.

In his presentation, “Engaging with Your Regulator,” Joseph will discuss best practices for communicating with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) on enforcement, rulemaking, policy issues, and all things pipeline safety.
