Britt Fleming will be a featured speaker at NACo's 2020 Legislative Conference.  Britt will address several regulatory proposals pending at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that will directly impact counties. During this workshop, attendees will learn about pending air regulations that impact local governments and receive an update on the implementation of the Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) rule. Attendees will also learn more about the EPA's "How's My Waterway?" project to discover what pollutants may be in your local waters.
