The vehicle-to-grid concept is a proposal to take advantage of an anticipated widespread adoption of electric vehicles, supporting the reliability of the electrical grid and generating extra economic value. This article explains the vehicle-to-grid aggregation model for legal readers and catalogs the potential legal and regulatory impediments to implementing it on a large scale.
