Bob Szabo, partner at Van Ness Feldman and Executive Director of Consumers United for Rail Equity (CURE), presented at the National Coal Transportation Association annual conference on September 12, 2007. 

CURE is an incorporated, non-profit organization whose mission is to advocate improved rail policy for rail customers and the nation. The CURE campaign consists of CURE and other organizations that have united to advocate for legislation in the 110th Congress. URE members are "captive" shippers and those competitive shippers that are effectively "captive."
