The regulation of wetlands by local, state and federal agencies continues to evolve and create challenges for public and private development. The scope of federal control of wetlands and streams continues to be debated in Congress, the courts, and by federal agencies. Federal, state, and local governments continue to develop new guidance and programs for review and mitigation of wetland impacts. This seminar addresses these emerging regulatory issues and their effect on government, business and the environment.
