The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to identify sources who can deliver Renewable Energy Certificates (REC) from wind, solar, geothermal and biomass renewable resource facilities. 

DLA will also accept RECs that meet the criteria outlined by the US Green Building Council’s product certification requirements or are Green-e Certified.
