Susan Olenchuk, partner and head of Van Ness Feldman's pipeline safety practice, addressed attendees at the 36th Annual AGA Legal Forum on Tuesday, July 16, 2013.  Susan's presentation, entitled, "The Changing Dynamic of the Relationship Between PHMSA and Its State Partners", highlighted new pipeline safety regulations imposed on States by the Pipeline Safety Act.
