Recently, in conjunction with Law Seminars International, Van Ness Feldman Partner, Lisa Epifani, presented an overview of the U.S. Commodities and Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) final Dodd-Frank rules for energy regulation.  The overview touches upon the impacts of the CFTC's new authority to regulate energy swaps.
