The firm assisted Skyonic in securing a Congressional authorization for a Department of Energy (DOE) program to develop CO₂ conversion technologies, and secured the appropriations necessary to later fund the competitive DOE program. The firm also assisted Skyonic in drafting its successful grant applications to demonstrate their technology, and was one of six grant awardees that received $28 million of the total $106 million awarded by DOE under the program. The firm is also assisting Skyonic in the negotiation of their funding award with DOE.
