The firm serves as relicensing counsel for FirstLight Power Resources' 1,080 megawatt Northfield Mountain Pumped Storage Project and the associated 68 MW Turners Falls Project located on the Connecticut River in Massachusetts. Northfield Mountain is a key asset to ISO New England system reliability. The complex relicensing involves the two FirstLight projects as well as three upstream projects owned by a different FERC licensee.
