Van Ness Feldman serves as legal counsel for the Salish-Kootenai Tribes (CSKT) and is assisting them in preparation for the transfer of the federally licensed Kerr Hydroelectric Project to the tribes' control. The firm is also counseling CSKT on development of energy projects within the Flathead Indian Reservation. CSKT recently seconded an attorney to the firm for an 18-month assignment in relation to this project.
