Van Ness Feldman Welcomes Back Vincenzo Franco

Washington, DC – We are pleased to announce that Vincenzo Franco has rejoined the firm as a Partner in our electric practice.  For the past five years, Mr. Franco served as Assistant General Counsel, Wholesale Trading Compliance and then Associate General Counsel with Exelon Corporation.  During his tenure, he led the compliance function for Constellation, the Exelon business unit responsible for wholesale and retail sales of power, gas, and energy products.  Prior to accepting the position with Exelon, Mr. Franco was with Van Ness Feldman, first as an associate, then as a Partner from 2010-2014.

In announcing Mr. Franco’s return, Firm Chair Richard Agnew, said, “We are delighted to welcome Vincenzo back. As a returning Partner, Mr. Franco will focus his practice on transactional, regulatory, and enforcement matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission representing utilities, generation owners and developers, energy traders, private equity firms and other investors.
