Susan Shyne has nearly 30 years’ experience representing public and private clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions. Her practice includes counseling owners, buyers, and sellers in the evaluation, financing, acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial real property. Susan’s extensive experience in real estate transactions includes work with colleges and universities, private developers, public agencies, and associations.  Susan also advises commercial landlords on leasing matters.

In addition to her transactional practice, Susan also works with investors, developers and agents concerning the operation of multi-tenant properties, and regularly presents at industry conferences on a wide variety of real estate issues.   Susan also provides clients with a strategic business perspective, having previously worked as a CPA.
