Anne Hertel is a Senior Paralegal in our Seattle office who supports transactional practice attorneys with management on complex land use and real property matters for both public and private clients. She has nearly 15 years’ experience providing a range of legal and organizational assistance in areas such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, and numerous other agreements related to the development, ownership, and use of assets. She is highly skilled at legal research, recording, and monitoring transactions throughout their life-cycle.
She has a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s transactional capabilities and supports ongoing efforts to develop and build strong client relationships for the practice. Anne brings the highest level of attentiveness, professionalism, and service to her work for Van Ness Feldman’s clients.
