Kyle Danish was quoted in a recent Environmental Finance article entitled, "The Indefatigable", which details the impact of the recent DC Circuit Court decision to strike down the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR).
As for the impact of the Court's decision on U.S. emissions trading markets, Mr. Danish remarked that "the SO2 and NOx markets were once again upended by the DC Circuit."
